QUESTIONS ABOUT W-2s?

If you were employed by Work for Progress, all W-2 forms were mailed via regular post by January 31st to the address we had on file in the staff tax forms.

If you have moved since filling out tax forms or for any other reason have not received your W-2:

*     Your full name
*     Phone number
*     Correct current address,
*     Position held (e.g. Canvasser, Canvass Director, Organizer)
*     Approximate dates of employment (i.e. month/year - month/year), and
*     Which office you worked in.

Please allow several days for mailing.
