David is the atypical staffer (older than most everyone) at Work for Progress.  David started with the Fund for Public Interest Research as a recruiter, and, as the need to recruit more people into the organization grew, David's responsibilities shifted to refining and defining the organization's recruitment outreach methods.

David brings to Work for Progress a background rich in experiences that include being Colorado's first Page to Congress in the House of Representatives, working in varied types of retail sales, doing major airline reservations, system administration, investment annuities, hair-styling salon franchising, teaching Lindy Hop swing dancing and working for the publisher of Superman, Batman & Wonder Woman comics.
