Meredith Rike

Meredith Rike graduated in 2007 from Smith College with a BA in Latin American Studies and a certificate in International Relations. Before graduating, Meredith spent time living and traveling throughout Latin America. She later applied her international experience and education to her work guiding aspiring immigrants through the immigration process. In 2008, Meredith moved to New York City to work as a Program Associate with Single Stop USA, a non-profit, anti-poverty initiative. After deciding that life in the Big Apple was not for her, however, she moved to Colorado in 2009 and joined the staff at Work for Progress.

Meredith has always been passionate about social justice, and she is interested in pursuing the crossroads where politics and the public interest converge. She is excited to have the opportunity to help bright, young professionals launch careers in non-profit and grassroots advocacy.
